I was unfair to you yesterday. After all, I promised Hanukkah presents, things you can actually buy and use, not generic advice and lectures about the necessity of exercise. So, today I’ll rectify this by telling you about the exercise program I use and love. Just like with face creams, I’ve tried them all – well, most. This program wins hands down on several counts.
Hint: it's NOT P90X.
